The complex

There is a rental company in the complex that rents out 19 apartments. The rest are private and used as holiday homes, including this one. If the buyer wants to rent out the property, this must be done through the rental company on site, at least when it comes to short-term rentals.

The explotation company is running an adults only concept for the pool area. But you can of course have children inside your own apartment.

Spacious tiled common areas. Parts of these have been refurbished and the complex has been painted.

Communal swimming pool with lift access. Artificial grass around the pool and sun loungers with parasols.

The communal costs include water.

Purchase costs are not included in the property price. These are: Transfer tax of 6,5% of the purchase price for second hand properties or taxes of 8% of the purchase price for first hand properties. On an average basis the purchase costs are calculated to be between 8-10% of the price for second hand purchases and between 10-12% on first hand purchases. It can be a little more if the purchase price is low or if the buyer chooses to purchase with a Spanish bank mortgage. However, the buyer will receive a detailed overview over the purchase costs for the property she/he wants to buy.
