The apartment is located in the popular Haiti complex in the southwest of Puerto Rico, just a few minutes walk from the beach.

From the complex there is a bridge across the road to the local beach and to the promenade leading to Amadores.

When you enter the apartment, you enter the living room with a open living room and kitchen solution.

Parts of the kitchen inventory have been changed. Over and under closets in light wood imitation as well as some white. White goods such as oven, vitroceramic top with hob, micro and fridge freezer are included in the price. Also the terrace doors were replaced a few years ago and are of maintenance-free aluminum such as the windows. Awning in front. The old green aluminum fence is replaced with glass that gives a more modern impression and enhances the view.

The bathroom is conveniently located in the living room against the bedrooms. This is tiled in beige colors. Square corner shower. Mirror over the sink. Window. Washing machine.

The master bedroom is on the left after the bathroom and is furnished with 2 single beds, bedside table, chest of drawers and built-in closets in the same style (wooden material). Mirror with wooden frame and various pictures. Adjustable ceiling fan with light.

Bedroom number two is located to the right of the bathroom and is furnished with 2 single beds, built in closet and a chair in wood material, mirror and adjustable ceiling fan with light. Window with stunning views of the sea and the beach.



The apartment is sold furnished as in the pictures, besides personal items.

The electricity is upgraded in the apartment as well as in the public areas (some work remains but it is already paid).



The community:

The complex offers a playground for the youngest.

Large pool that was refurbished for a short time back. (Stairway access - only a few steps).

There is a door from the pool area and out to the bridge that crosses the road so you have direct access to it.

Parking in the facility after first-come-first served principle. Free street parking close by.

There is a Swedish president in the complex who has been able to do much improvements the recent years.
